How to destress in front of your PC

Well I work hours in front of that damn screen and I found the fastest way to de-stress is to have something living near you.

So I prder a pack of Sea Monkeys and start a colony :) When I get bored I just suck one of them up and dump to my Triops tank and watch the merciless slaughter :D What other things would you do?

i would probably go and beat someone up but that would go as far as the wall.
