Are PS1 games still being produced?

I have a PS1 but then I can't seem to find any other games for it :(
I am into racing and shooters and I already have GT2 but nothing else is available in the market...

Have they ditched it completely? Heard PS3 is coming out... Does this mean PS2 will be ditched as well?

I'm not sure but i think for PS1 there ar enot oteh rgames produced, you can still though buy from ebay old and used games!
